Santiago Cruz Atlanta reviews
Derek needs more play time
The DPAC venue is great, but unfortunately, watching this band sitting down is challenging. Until the encore, no one wanted to stand, making it feel like pulling teeth to get people up. Santiago Cruz is missed without seeing Trucks. Playing back-up to Santiago Cruz's vocals felt like too much for Trucks band in the past, though he really played hard. He has so much talent, and I love seeing and hearing him play. This is obviously Santiago Cruz's band and a new project, and I didn't expect the show to be all Trucks. Just saying, I would like more of a balance.
